There are no refunds issued for this event.

Teams: Teams receive $5 off individual pricing per person. Teams must be at least four members. There is no maximum team limit. It is the team captain's responsibility to notify the rest of the team of what time to register for. Early heats fill up fast so if you want to guarantee all team members run together, we suggest signing up for a later heat. Once a heat is full, runners will not be allowed to switch into a closed heat.

Military & First Responders Discount: Current and former members of the military and first responders receive a special price when registering for the race. You will get 15% off until registration closes. Please use code: RESPONDER2020 when signing up. The code is case sensitive and is all caps (no spaces). 

Kids Heat Registration

8:45am - $50.00

There are no refunds issued for this event.

The kids heat will be for ages 10-14 years old. Kids MUST have their parent or legal guardian run the full course with them. If we find a kid on the course alone, they will be pulled from the race.

Parent/legal guardian must be present at time of registration and with the kid during the entire course. The kids entry only allows you to run with your child in the Kids heat and does not allow you to run any other heat for no charge.

General Registration Information

Age Requirement: You must be at least 14 years old on race day to participate. Parents are not able to register anyone under 14. I.D.'s are checked at registration in order to receive your bib # and run. Kids who are 14 have the option to run in the Kids race at 8:45am or a regular heat. Parents/guardians, use your own discretion when making that decision. Kids/parent or guardian must be present at time of registration and will sign a waiver in-person before getting their bib.

Refunds/Transfers: There are no refunds for this race or transfers to a future race. 

Editing or Transferring Registrations: To transfer or edit your registration please follow the instructions in the Active registration confirmation e-mail that you received or login to using the username and password you used when signing up for the race. Transfers will pay the current registration price and the original runner will receive a refund on their card from Active.

Course Info

This is one "tuff" 5k adventure run spread out over 140 acres combining technical single-track trail on DCR's Rehoboth State Forest and off-road terrain. You won't find the typical obstacles here like wood walls or bag carries. Instead, you will find over 20 natural and unique man-made obstacles throughout. Be prepared for anything including hay bale towers, mud pits, water crossings, massive boulders, pipe walls, tunnels, monkey bars and anything else we can throw at you, but most important, have fun!


We have the best spectator friendly course around. Every obstacle can be easily viewed by your friends and family. Because we do not have a photographer taking pictures of every runner, we encourage your family or friends spectating to get pictures of you up close on the obstacles and throughout the course.

There is no spectator fee, but we do encourage you to bring a non-perishable food item to donate to the Rehoboth Food Pantry.
